“Talia is a pro. She is the perfect blend of knowledge and humor. I was fortunate to work with her 1:1 and her words were encouraging, affirming, and always just right. Her actions in life and the studio match in integrity and vibration. Her frequency is high. To be her student (and friend) is a privilege. She has a knack for making everyone feel amazing.”

My first time doing Bikram... Erin did a great job giving clear instructions and positive corrections. I could imagine feeling confused and tangled up in some of the poses, but she made it an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Highly recommend Talia and Jovita's flow and power yoga. The studio has a great vibe! Nice mix of regulars and drop-ins.

“Talia has that rare but essential trait known to the best yoga teachers in that she has both a strong foundation of, reverence for, and commitment to traditional sequencing yet always creates space to allow for flow and discovery in the process. Taking a class with Talia is not just a body and mind strengthening exercise but a beautiful way to add light, empowerment, and good ole fashioned fun to your everyday. Talia's soothing personality and honed yoga practice make for a combustible force that sprinkles sparks of light to all who have the pleasure of taking her class.”

I don’t usually leave reviews but I must. Bikram yoga tends to get a bad wrap because some teachers are brutal and demeaning. Erin brings the love and nurturing into Bikram yoga. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She rocks the yoga room and I am so happy to have found this studio and Erin

“Talia classes are upbeat, grounded and fun. She brings the heat, not only externally but internally. Her ability to motivate you to light your own internal fire is inspiring. My absolute favorite part of her classes is when she says "so good" during the most difficult poses. Her ability to stay present and aware of her students the whole time really make you forget your in a room full of other people.”

“I gotta say, when I took your virtual beginner's yoga a couple years ago, it went so much better than I could have anticipated going into it as a newbie to the art. You were so kind, funny, inviting and non-judgmental. You helped put my own anxious, critical part of self at ease. I now use the pre-recorded video series as my life has become hectic and making my own yoga schedule is working for me right now. Your vibrant energy, and truly your zest for life and growth is contagious. I gobble that up!!”

“What comes to mind first is your intuitive ways of bringing ones practice to the mat. I love how you speak to a pose and encourage with out coddle-ie-ab work (lol) offering space for the individual practice ... finding the edges... Secondly, I love how you teach as you instruct, giving explanation as to how and what the body holds on to and how to release what's stuck and what no longer is serving. Hopefully this helps-much more to share but I'II keep it here for now.”

“I have had the pleasure of taking many of Talia's classes over the past several years. Talia is not only an excellent yoga instructor, she is an amazing human being. Her knowledge of yoga coupled with her innate ability to create a safe, comfortable space has always enabled me to push myself physically, emotionally and spiritually throughout my yoga practice. Although she may be unaware of this, Talia has been an integral part of my healing journey as I navigate the many twists and turns life has presented. The love and energy she radiates is medicine. Namaste!”

Having dropped in on Hot Yoga East Dennis under Talia's guidance, I'm stoked to say it's a standout spot in this part of the Cape. Talia, both as a human and an instructor, brings a solid approach that suits a diverse crew of practitioners. The studio itself has the vibe and Talia's leadership is what makes it the place. Her teaching style is powerful yet graceful making it a smooth ride for both seasoned practitioners and those just starting out. And for those craving a little extra, the post-yoga cold plunge is a slick. Not everyone's cup, but it adds a twist to the experience, catching the attention of those searching for more than the typical yoga ride. To sum it up, Hot Yoga East Dennis, led by Talia, delivers a rad yoga experience. The studio's atmosphere and Talia's teaching style make it a good spot. Prepare for the tapas.

I hadn't taken a hot yoga class in many years. Erin made me feel very comfortable yet confident. She struck a great balance of challenging us and giving permission to take breaks if needed. The heat felt so good on a cold winter afternoon and the instruction was excellent. I plan to return!

“Being in your class is a gift. Your positive and supportive energy and wise words throughout class make it feel like more than a yoga class and more like a mind/body experience. As a participant we feed off of your love and support of all yoga brings into our lives and leave feeling mentally and physically better than when we entered the studio.”

Doing yoga with Talia has had a tremendous effect on my body and mind. It’s only been about three months, twice weekly and I’m standing up straighter and my back is losing the curve it had from many years of working. I feel lighter, more engaged, energetic, and at the same time, peaceful. Talia’s words and energy as she guides me through that days’ practice is clearly defined and knowledgeable. She tailors my class on the needs of my body. Her words lull me into a state of calm meditation just focusing on my breath as I move through each pose. I’m up to three days a week now, and look forward to each class. I’m so grateful to have her (and my practice!) in my life.

This is such a well balanced, challenging class. Erin has wonderful energy and is so motivating. She delivers precise instruction on the poses so you don’t feel lost at all. One of my favorite parts about her is how she speaks from the heart and gives such loving and inspiring advice. It’s made me realize yoga isn’t just about the poses, it’s about the full embodiment of the experience.

What a magical class I had the privilege of taking at HYED lead by Jovita. The energy she brings to the space is one of raw authenticity, passion for the practice and an open heart for all that enter the sacred space. The added openers and challenging poses really kept my focus on my breath as well as an opportunity to grow. She guided us through a hip opener that in over 13 years I’ve never practiced, it was amazing and I immediately felt the release in my hips and sciatic pain. We had the special treat of having her daughter Tova in the room with us, you could just feel the energy of their connection. What a way to spend a Monday evening. Thank you Jovita, you truly are right where you are meant to be.

A year into taking Erin’s Bikram classes regularly I can feel the difference. Every time I walk out of the hot room I feel so accomplished! I can stretch a little deeper, hold each posture a little longer and feel proud that my 65 year old body can move. Every day is different, it’s never easy but no matter how I feel walking in I know I’ll feel better walking out!
