Our mission is to transform and awaken your life through movement, breath, intentionality, community and connection! This practice is accessible and adaptable to everyone. The invitation is to always meet yourself where you are, step in front of resistance one breath at a time and enjoy the ride.

Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts. Doors are locked right when class begins. If you are on the waitlist for class, you’ll receive a text or email when a spot opens. Please cancel your reservation at least 60 minutes before class. Cancellations made within 60 minutes of class start, or failure to attend without canceling, will incur a $15 late cancellation/no-show fee.
It’s hot and you will sweat. We suggest a towel and an extra sweatshirt, t shirt or change of clothes if you have somewhere to be after class.
Please refrain from heavy fragrances or the smell of smoke.
Please limit belongings coming into the room, leave keys, phone and extra clothing in the cubby during class.
Come to class hydrated! We also have water and beverages for purchase.
If you forget or do not own a mat, we have mats to rent for 4$ and towels for $5 and blocks to borrow- we also have mats for sale!
A membership pause is good for the 3 (one week) 6 (2 weeks) 12 month (max one month) memberships, one allowance at once time. We do not pause one month or discounted packages.

We are located on historical Route 6A in East Dennis in Players Plaza. We are upstairs above the post office. Our classes are created for all levels, we encourage you to show up as you are and just do the thing! Can’t wait to share it with you!

Yes! Classes will include modifications for both in depth postures and basic alignment so there will be options to learn as a beginner and advance as an experienced student. Our teachers do not demo poses during class, active listening and an open mind goes a long way.

Sure! The practice is yours. You are always welcome to modify or amplify your practice safely and skillfully.

Generally, it is between 95 and 105 degrees during class with humidity between 40-70 (Hot Power classes) 99-110 degrees with high humidity for our 26/2 and Bikram Express classes.

Infrared heat is believed to have several advantages over traditional heat sources for the body. Unlike conventional heating methods that primarily warm the air, infrared heat directly penetrates the body's tissues and muscles. This deep penetration can help increase blood circulation, improve flexibility, and aid in the elimination of toxins. Additionally, the gentle warmth of infrared heat is often perceived as more comfortable and soothing compared to regular heat. It can promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance the overall yoga experience.
Infrared heats the body from the inside out - which is how our bodies naturally warm in order to heal and circulate. Forced hot air heats our bodies from the outside in.

An open mind! We recommend mat and a towel. Bring water and wear light comfortable clothing. We sell coconut water and electrolytes packets if you need something more. It’s always best to come hydrated and not eat anything heavy before class.

The best thing to do is find stillness. Taking a Child’s Pose or laying on your mat flat, or legs up can slow things down and regulate your body.
