Shannon Mullin

I was born and raised on Cape Cod and took my first Bikram class at 19 in the same studio space that Hot Yoga East Dennis occupies today. Initially, I fell in love with the challenge of the practice but quickly recognized the incredible benefits I was receiving both on and off the mat. Through the many challenging twists and turns life has thrown my way, wherever I go, my yoga practice and the community surrounding it have been my constant. I moved to California in 2010 and completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles in the spring of 2012. To deepen my practice, I completed a 200-hour teacher training in yoga and the healing sciences with Eden Goldman and Terra Gold at Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles in 2014. I returned to the Cape in 2023, and I’m filled with joy to teach and practice alongside friends in the very space where my journey began.
